Features like photo proof of delivery for contact-free deliveries and external delivery services (EDS), which calls in crowdsourced drivers and couriers to help with the driver shortages, were well received by many of you as the need for deliveries increased.
We were proud to have brought on 22 new partners this past year — a record — to service all your logistical needs. The resources that each of these talented partners brings through integration with Elite EXTRA are a huge value add to streamlining your businesses, and we’re grateful for each of them.
With so many more businesses delivering during the pandemic, Elite EXTRA branched into more markets and industries, requiring us to offer features that were never before needed. All of these new industries have made its feature set even more robust than before.
None of these achievements would have been possible without our dedicated team that strives to deliver a great customer experience daily. We’re already deep into planning how to make the experience even better in 2021. We are optimistic that the future will be better for all of us.
